Key Responsibilities

• ✓Submit and reconcile claims via DDE, Billmatrix, and payer portals
• ✓Assign accurate ICD-10, CPT, and HCPCS codes for home health services
• ✓Verify authorizations, service hours, and EVV (Sandata) records
• ✓Investigate and resolve claim denials and payer discrepancies
• ✓Coordinate with office staff on time sheets and service documentation
• ✓Maintain compliance with HIPAA and Ohio Medicaid regulations

Qualifications

• •High school diploma or equivalent (required)
• •Medical billing & coding certification (CPC, CCS, or equivalent) preferred
• •Minimum 1 year experience in home healthcare or medical billing
• •Prior supervisory or lead experience preferred
• •Strong knowledge of ICD-10, CPT, and HCPCS coding systems
• •Experience with Ohio Medicaid, Medicare, and MyCare Ohio
• •Proficient with billing software and Microsoft Office
• •Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills
