- Ohio Bureau of Workers' Compensation (BWC) coverage for all employees.
- Ohio vendor's license for building maintenance (ORC 5739.01) where applicable.
- BCI & FBI background-checked, trained, and supervised cleaning crews.
- OSHA-compliant chemical handling, SDS documentation, and PPE protocols.
